Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the FishEye mobile application ("App") provided by Syksoft ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

• You must use the App in compliance with applicable laws.
• You may not misuse or attempt to disrupt the App.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored on it.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms.

Restrictions

• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
• Do not use the App to violate third-party rights.
• Do not distribute the App without our written permission.

User content

Photos you choose to analyze are uploaded to our servers for processing and are not stored after analysis. You retain ownership of your content.

Third-party services

The App uses third-party services for functionality such as crash reporting and subscriptions. We currently use Firebase and RevenueCat. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms.

Updates and changes

We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syksoft will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey.
