These Terms apply to Revebit, formerly named HabitPuzzle, provided by Syksoft.
By using Revebit (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how the app handles your information.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms and applicable App Store usage rules. Do not distribute the app without permission, violate third-party rights, or reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits you to do so.
You retain ownership of your photos and other content. You must have the rights or permissions needed to use that content. The app processes selected photos locally and retains images for widgets and completed reveals; it does not send photos to Syksoft servers for analysis.
When you enable Cloud Sync, habit records and completed Reveal Shelf cards, including image snapshots, can sync through Apple's iCloud. Ordinary local habit/widget image files are not synced by this feature. Sync is not an immediate or guaranteed backup service. Keep separate copies of important content, and manage exports, backups, and collected reveal cards separately when deleting a habit.
Some features require Pro access. Available plans, included features, prices, and billing periods are shown in the app and Apple's purchase confirmation. Apple charges the account used for the purchase. RevenueCat helps us verify purchases and provide Pro access.
Monthly and yearly plans are auto-renewing subscriptions. They renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel them in your Apple account's subscription settings. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
A Lifetime plan, when offered, is a one-time purchase with no recurring subscription charge for that plan. It provides the Pro entitlement described at purchase; it is not a guarantee that the app or external services will operate forever.
Use Restore purchases in the app to recover eligible purchases with the Apple account used to buy them. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, subject to Apple's process and your applicable consumer rights.
The app uses Apple services for purchases and optional iCloud sync, and RevenueCat for purchase verification and entitlement management. These services may have their own terms and availability limits. The current app does not integrate Firebase analytics or crash reporting.
We may update the app and these Terms. Changes to these Terms will be posted here with an updated effective date. Nothing in these Terms removes protections you have under applicable consumer law.
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, immediate sync, or availability of third-party services.
To the extent permitted by law, Syksoft will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. This does not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
