• Camera and Photos: Spider Scanner: AI Identifier needs access to your camera and/or photo library to provide its core features. Photos are uploaded to our servers for analysis and are not stored after processing.
• Crash Reports: We collect crash reports and basic diagnostics (such as device type and app version) to improve stability.
• Account Data: Spider Scanner: AI Identifier does not require account creation.

How we use information

• Provide and maintain the App features.
• Improve performance, reliability, and user experience.
• Respond to support requests.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with service providers that help us operate the App, such as crash reporting or subscription services. We currently use Firebase and RevenueCat.

Data retention

We keep data only as long as needed to deliver the App or comply with legal obligations. Crash reports are retained as needed for debugging and improving stability.

Children's privacy

Spider Scanner: AI Identifier is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
