These Terms govern your use of the Manifest vision-board app and related services provided by SykSoft.
Using Manifest
You may use Manifest to create personal vision boards, edit them, save them, export them, and display them in widgets. You are responsible for the text, photos, and other content you choose to use. You must have the rights and permissions needed for content you import or share.
AI image creation
When you choose AI image creation, Manifest sends the intention information needed to generate a result through our service and OpenAI. Generated images are intended for personal inspiration. AI results can be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Review every result before using or sharing it.
Do not submit confidential, highly sensitive, illegal, abusive, or infringing material. Do not use generated images to impersonate people, mislead others, or violate another person’s rights.
Premium subscriptions
Premium features may include AI image creation, exports, and widgets. The available plans, prices, renewal periods, and taxes are shown in the app before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account after confirmation.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple ID account settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Restore Purchases is available in the app for eligible purchases. Subscription access depends on Apple and RevenueCat entitlement verification.
Availability and limits
We may apply reasonable usage limits to protect the service from abuse and keep it available. Features, templates, image models, and service availability may change. We may suspend requests that appear abusive, automated, unlawful, or inconsistent with these Terms.
Ownership
Manifest, its software, visual design, templates, and bundled artwork belong to SykSoft or its licensors. You retain rights to content you provide. Subject to these Terms and any applicable third-party rights, you may use your generated and exported boards for your personal purposes.

Manifest is provided for creative planning and inspiration. It is not financial, medical, legal, or professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the app changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Questions can be sent to support@syksoft.com.
